We do not offer support for installation, customisation or administration of WordPress itself, nor do we provide support for any 3rd party plugins or rectification of issues occurring from using said 3rd party plugins.
Support deals with installation of the theme, issues arising from using any of the packaged theme features and of course bug fixes.
Note that we do not provide free customisation services.
Sales Policy
We are belong to exclusive Envato author program, within Envato Exclusive Author policy all themes and other stock content that we released since 2012, we're selling only on Envato's marketplaces.
Customisation
To improve content that we already released we launch theme customisation support. Customisation spreads on all products of PixelSaw that was purchased on Envato marketplaces such as ThemeForest.net and Codecanyon.com and comes with static price.
